The design of this 2.5-acre Manotick waterfront property provided a connection between interior living spaces and outdoor amenities, such as an outdoor kitchen, lounge areas, custom pool and hot tub with water feature, riverside terrace, and boat dock. Natural stone and wood decking tie the landscape and the home together to complement the property’s architectural design. Custom lighting such as gas torches, fire table, and accent lighting along terrace walls bring the landscape to life during the night.

Included in the design is a new entrance drive and carport at the front of the property. Extensive planting throughout the front and back provides year-round visual interest and a garden oasis for the owners.
